Step 1: Registration Form

Please complete one form per athlete.

Step 2: Payment
If you are registering more than one child you may list all names in one box and make one payment for all athletes. 
When you completed Step 1 of registration you indicated if you would like to purchase extra ammo and/or Booster Club Memberships.  A copy of your response was emailed to you.  Please enter your TOTAL amount below.  FULL Payment must be made at this time.
